Our client, a premium worldwide brand based in Irlam are looking to recruit a Internal Sales Representative (Telesales) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative company with over 20,000 employees worldwide. This Internal Sales Representative (Telesales) role is an integral role working in the sales support team to ensure the continuous growth of the company.

The duties of this Internal Sales Representative (Telesales) role will include:

- Answering incoming calls, both internal and external
- Receiving and processing orders
- Interacting with new and existing customers to ensure understanding and logging potential sales opportunities on the CRM database
- Updating the CRM database to capture up to date market information, range portfolios and competitor activity
- Researching and logging potential new prospects on the internal database utilising market information and relevant industry resources
- Working closely with the warehouse/ dispatch team to coordinate and track customer deliveries
- Qualifying customer data and potential spend to generate a focus list for onward sales
- Managing some small accounts and making outbound calls to assess new business opportunities
- General administration duties

Person Specification
- A personable personality with a confident and enthusiastic approach to tasks
- Have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Be computer literate with experience using MS Office packages, including Teams
- SAP experience would be advantageous
- Have excellent organisation and time management skills
- Be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team in a busy customer orientated sales office
- Be experienced in a telesales or outbound business development role
- B2B experience would be an advantage
- Have previous experience using a CRM system (training will be provided)

The Package

This Internal Sales Representative (Telesales) role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.

**Salary**: £24,000 per annum

This role is office based with the possibility of Hybrid working after the probationary period.
