Food Team International LTD is a leading supplier of a large assortment of top quality IQF (frozen) vegetables, pasta, rice, and grains as well as a range of canned, ambient, and chilled products into the UK and Irish Market.

Food Team International Ltd represents a number of international production facilities on an agency basis. We are responsible for the sale and distribution of these products into the UK and Ireland.

Our customer base includes manufacturers, food service and wholesalers including large pub and restaurant chains, as well as traders, distributors, and retailers.

Our office is based in central Tunbridge Wells, with a passionate and energetic team of “foodies”, as well as international offices in the group across Germany, Spain, Italy, and Scandinavia.

If you are motivated and interested to learn about food import, export, more precisely ensuring that food products meet standards set both by our company and regulatory authorities organised, please come, and join our team.
- Assisting with formatting of internal product specifications
- Assisting with arranging samples for laboratory testing
- Assisting with the day-to-day assessment of the approved supplier list, requesting and filing away documents
- Assisting with customer requests
- Requesting certificates of analysis from suppliers
- Assisting with formatting internal complaints documents
- **Skills Required**:_
- Good understanding of Microsoft Programs
- Level 2 / C Grade equivalent in Maths and English
- Team Player
- Motivated
- Organised
- Keen eye for detail
- Preferable experience in the food industry or Level 2 food safety qualification

**Salary**: £23,500.00 per year
