**The Role**:
Reporting to the Maintenance Operative, the Maintenance Assistant is responsible for helping to ensuring the home and garden is a safe environment for residents, team members and visitors whilst maintaining a high quality of service within the home. Alongside the safety aspects, the Maintenance Assistant will also be responsible for ensuring the home and grounds are kept to a high standard.

**You will**:

- Ensure all minor repairs and audit requirements are fixed in a timely manner.
- Ensure all regulatory and statutory requirements are met.
- Carry out tests as required tests for various systems of the home on a regular basis.
- Help the gardener maintain the grounds and gardens throughout the seasons.

**You will be**:
