An opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Receptionist at Sandfield House Farm Caravan Park in Whitby.
The key to the role is to deliver a 5 star service to our seasonal and touring customers whilst maintaining excellent customer relations and adhering to company policy.
Primary duties and responsibilities for the role.
- Acting as a first point-of-contact for customers, providing a warm welcome
- Answer the telephone in a polite and professional manner and deal with any telephone enquiries efficiently
- Taking customers to pitches
- Taking bookings over the phone, using the in-house booking system and filing for both the caravan park and holiday cottage.
- Provide administrative support to the Manager
- Dealing with questions and queries in a friendly, professional manner.
- Keeping the area of reception clean, tidy and presentable.
- Keep items in the shop and tourist information stocked at all times.
- Money handling and cashing up.
- Keeping information on the park and customers up to date.
- Enter data to ensure records are all up to date.
- Establish and maintain effective working relations with co-workers, manager and customers
- Perform duties on the park in an efficient ,professional and courteous manner and adhere to relevant health and safety procedures and GDPR rules.
- Ensure you are punctual, professional and presentable at all times.
- Maintain stationery stocks and oversee the ordering of new supplies
**Other tasks may asked to be carried out**
Undertake other duties not specified above which may arise from time to time and be determined by the manager.

**Qualifications**:
- A previous experience of office work is desirable
Please note where training is required this will be given either in house or on a training course.

Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
**Salary**: £11.00-£12.50 per hour
