**The Role**

As Senior Receptionist & Property Coordinator, you will support the management of all Property management (PM) functions to maintain optimum accommodation, environmental and support service standards within corporate Property Management guidelines and budgetary constraints within the **Bupa Dental Care Head Office.**

**Responsibilities**
- Provision of a high standard Front of House service, adapting as necessary to meet the varying customer needs, across all the operational areas, including but not limited to Reception, Fresh Working environments, general office areas, meeting rooms, breakout areas, collaboration and welfare facilities.
- Demonstrating ownership of property services to support overall management of building services to the expected standards delivering a safe and positive working environment for our customers.
- To actively co-ordinate and ensure that delivery of all services provided in designated areas are meeting customer expectations. This includes all areas of Property Management/Corporate services.
- Engage with all service providers to ensure a collaborative and efficient approach and a swift response to all service requests.
- Communicate effectively with the Property Helpdesk, Service Providers, team members and customers.
- Take responsibility for regularly updating customers, face to face, on progress of tasks being carried out which have been reported by them; and seeking their comments and feedback as and when appropriate.
- Proactive ‘visual maintenance’ of designated floor areas, including hubs, staircases, coffee points and copy areas, engaging with the relevant section of the Property teams as appropriate.
- Identify and direct AV support and assistance as required.
- Responsible for visiting managed meeting rooms regularly to ensure it is fit for purpose and ensuring the customer is fully supported.
- Reporting all issues on floors / communal space through Service Now as and when they occur, ensuring that all service requests reported are monitored and completed satisfactorily within your area and within the agreed SLA’s.
- Always operate to the highest possible standards in relation to health & safety compliance for own and building users welfare throughout the workspace.
- Carry out morning floor check at the beginning of your working day, and regular floor checks throughout the day, reporting all faults and health & safety issues on Service Now
- Support with contractor management and supervision ensuring H&S processes and procedures are followed and expected professional standards are maintained at all times.
- Escalation of any urgent building issues through the relevant helpdesk and property reporting procedures.
- Provide logístical support to internal events and work with the larger team to ensure smooth delivery of event set up.
- Keep an up to date record of key contacts on the floors

**What we're looking for**
- Experience delivering reception services within a office environment is essential.
- Good understanding or experience in office or facilities management services is desirable, i.e health & safety, liaising with facilities helpdesk, reporting and managing issue resolution to completion, completing property inspections, property related issue management and escalation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Coordination, Prioritisation and time management skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite including Outlook.
- Team player with a positive can do attitude.
