We have an exciting opportunity for a first-class corporate receptionist to work part time in a fabulous building, located next to the river in the heart of Bristol’s business district.
You will relish the opportunity to work as part of a job share team in the stunning reception, leaving a lasting impression on everyone who comes into the building. You’ll take pride in everything you do to deliver an impeccable reception service and enjoy developing relationships with the people who work in the building.
**Salary** - £19,240
**Hours**
1.00pm - 7.00pm Monday to Friday (30 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities*
*
Front of House*
- Work collaboratively with the lead receptionist to efficiently run the reception area, ensuring it always looks pristine and welcoming
- Warmly meet, greet and register all visitors to the building, following appropriate reception protocols
- Manage deliveries, including couriers and post
**Initiatives & Community**
- Work collaboratively with the lead receptionist to develop a strong working relationship with the community manager, keeping up to date on events and initiatives that are happening at the building complex
- Support the lead receptionist in producing a monthly e-newsletter to promote the events and initiatives to everyone working in the building, helping to create a community vibe
- Assist in populating the building app to update and tailor content, as and when required
- Building and Services*
- Develop strong working relationships with the local letting agents and support them by ensuring any vacant office space is kept pristine in preparation for viewings
- Work collaboratively with the lead receptionist to arrange refreshments for viewings and ensure stocks are replenished
- Support the Building Manager by ensuring any building issues are reported, monitored and managed to resolution - keeping stakeholders informed
- Support the process to manage contractors visiting the building to undertake regular maintenance, issuing keys as required and updating the progress / maintenance log
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**
- Proven experience of working in a similar customer service role/commercial property environment
- Vibrant personality and a can-do attitude to own this high-end reception area
- Highly organised and able to perform in a busy environment
- Proficient at delivering a high-end ‘meet and greet’ service, working efficiently and professionally at all times
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills
- Mac/PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and related software packages
