**Corporate Receptionist - Bristol**

**£28,800 pa**
We have an exciting opportunity for a first-class, corporate receptionist in a fabulous building, located next to the river in the heart of Bristol’s business district.
As lead receptionist you will relish the opportunity to take ownership of the stunning reception, leaving a lasting impression on everyone who comes into the building. You’ll take pride in everything you do and enjoy building relationships with people who work in the building. Additionally you will manage the job share receptionists, working collaboratively as a team to deliver an impeccable reception service.
**Salary** - £28,800 pa
**Hours** - 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front of House**
- You will become the face of the building, ensuring everyone receives a warm and professional welcome
- Take ownership of the reception area, always looking for ways to improve working processes and the service delivered to everyone visiting or working in the building
- Efficiently sign in all visitors to the building following appropriate reception protocols
- Manage deliveries, including couriers and post
- Organise and allocate tasks within the team to ensure the smooth running of the reception service, always leading by example
**Initiatives & Community**
- Develop a strong working relationship with the community manager, keeping up to date on events and initiatives that are happening at the park
- Introduce a monthly e-newsletter to promote the events and initiatives to everyone working in the building, helping to create a community vibe
**Building and Services**
- Develop strong working relationships with the local letting agents and support them by ensuring any vacant office space is kept pristine in preparation for viewings
- Arrange refreshments for viewings and ensure stocks are replenished
- Support the Building Manager by ensuring any building issues are reported, monitored and managed to resolution - keeping stakeholders informed
- Manage contractors visiting the building to undertake regular maintenance, issuing keys as required and updating the progress / maintenance log
- Build a rapport with all service partners (contractors, cleaners, security) to ensure consistency of standards
- Produce a weekly report for key stakeholders
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
- Proven experience of working in a similar customer service role/commercial property environment
- Vibrant personality and a can-do attitude to own this high-end reception area
- Highly organised and able to perform in a busy environment
- Proficient at delivering a high-end ‘meet and greet’ service, working efficiently and professionally at all times
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills
- Mac/PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, related software packages and apps
