£21,000 (pro-rata) per annum, flexible 20-25 hours per week, Permanent, BS37 Yate, Bristol, Pension, Parking, Holidays plus more
A highly reputable law firm with a highly respected conveyancing solicitors are actively recruiting for a part-time receptionist to join their team. Working with a small close knit office, they offer a relaxed stress free service to their customer and hold a fantastic long term local rapport. Working as a receptionist will see:
Handling incoming and outgoing post
Supporting a solicitor in being a 'gate keeper' with incoming calls
Maintaining firm stationary
Assisting the wider team
General reception and secretary duties
The successful receptionist will have a need to hold strong administration experience, reception experience would be beneficial. You will need to have excellent IT experience using Microsoft packages and switchboard experience would be advantages. this would be the ideal role for someone who has worked as a receptionist, administrator or office administrator.
