**Planning Administrator**
**The Role**:
You will be responsible for planning and updating the production schedule ensuring that work orders are completed within the required lead time. You will be in regular liaison with procurement, production and sales team ensuring all materials required are available onsite for production and reporting to sales team on current job status. You will work ensure that the correct parts and materials required are on the Bill of Materials, adjusting and amending this when required. You will also be responsible for arranging collections from site with the haulage companies ensuring and any other relevant duties.
**Essential Criteria**:
To be successful you will require a minimum of 1 year (+) previous experience working in a similar role. You will need to have excellent computer and communication skills along with the ability to manage and prioritise workload. You will require to be highly motivated with a willingness to succeed and a positive attitude towards work.
