**Our Expectations**:
As an employee at First Line Medical Ltd you will:

- Represent the company in a professional manner at all events/locations
- Undertake continuous training and development applicable to your role
- Manage the incident and ensure the continuing safety of yourself, bystanders and the casualty
- Assess casualties and find out the nature & cause of their injuries
- Arrange for further medical help or other emergency services to attend (e.g. the fire service)
- If trained, prioritise casualties based upon medical need
- Provide appropriate first aid treatment as trained
- If able, make notes/observations of casualties
- Fill out any paperwork as required
- Provide a handover when further medical help arrives
- Have due regard to patient confidentiality at all times
- Ensure that all equipment used is fit for purpose, cleaned and stored correctly.
- Placing an unconscious casualty into the recovery position
- Performing Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- Using an automated external defibrillator (AED)
- Stopping bleeding using pressure and elevation
- Keeping a fractured limb still

**Qualifications**
- Essential Criteria_

English (GCSE 4/C or above) or recognised equivalency

Maths (GCSE 4/C or above) or recognised equivalency

One other GCSE 4/C or above

Recognised qualification in First aid at work or Emergency First Aid/First Response Emergency care Level 3 (or equivalent)

Disclosure and Barring Service check - Can be provided.

**Skills**

Full UK Manual Driving Licence (no more than 3 points)

**Experience**
- Essential_

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Able to work effectively under direction and as part of a team

Minimum 1 years’ experience in the healthcare sector

Minimum 1 years' experience working in emergency care
