- Provide support and assistance to individuals with special needs, including children and working people with autism
- Assist in implementing individualized plans and strategies for each individual's development and progress

- Knowledge of toddler care and early childhood development
- Familiarity with special education principles and practices

- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, documentation, and resources
