**PART TIME Office Administrator**

Hours of work: Part Time - Monday-Friday, 10am-2pm

Pay rate: £12-£15 per hour (dependent on experience)

We are looking for someone office based to join our team on a part time basis to provide administrative support to our growing coffee business in Milton Keynes.

**The role involves and requires**:

- Building and maintaining relationships with our customers
- Processing orders and creating invoices
- Booking and managing appointments

**We’re looking for someone who has**:

- Previous admin and customer service experience
- Good PC and MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- The ability to problem solve and use initiative
- Good communication and organisation skills
