**Key Responsibilities & Duties**:
- Chasing Timesheets: Ensure timely collection and submission of timesheets from all assigned personnel.
- Chasing Purchase Order Numbers: Secure and track all necessary Purchase Order Numbers, maintaining an organized system.
- Setting Workers Up for Payroll: Register new employees in the payroll system, ensuring all relevant details are captured accurately.
- Sending Out Timesheets: Dispatch timesheets to clients or relevant departments on schedule.
- CRM Administration: Maintain, update, and manage the company’s CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Answering the Phone and Directing Calls: Serve as the first point of contact, professionally answering calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Payroll Queries: Address and resolve any payroll-related inquiries from employees, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Labour Reports: Compile and generate reports related to labour.
- Proven experience in office administration or similar roles.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
