Securitas are recruiting for a part-time Training Administrator to join our team.

Working in our Training team is really busy and there is never a dull moment, you will be working with managers, trainees and trainers, ensuring that the many training courses we run internally are full of trainees and are well organised.

- ** Working 14:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday.**:

- **Working on a Hybrid basis, predominantly from home.**:

- **At least one day a week in the office in Milton Keynes.**:

- **You will need to be fully flexible as you will be required to come into the office when needed to invigilate exams.**:

- **Free parking on site**

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Booking training courses
- Arranging any pre-course material
- Arranging exams and invigilating them
- Dealing with queries
- Using our learning management system and supporting our learning environment.

**Essential Skills**:

- Exceptional administraton and organisation skills
- Ability to build relationships and fully engage with various managers and employees
- Exceptional communication skills - written & verbal
- Experience of using office 365 and the ability to learn our in house systems
- Fully flexible and able to come to the office when required.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience of working with awarding bodies - booking exams
- Experience working with learning hubs
- Experience working with electronics solutions training
