**What will you do as our Administrator?**
- Manage the administration of the recruitment cycle, preparing interview paperwork, onboarding of non-care staff, checking right to work and arranging medical and DBS clearance
- Maintain personnel files, ensuring GDPR and confidentiality is adhered to.
- Carrying out compliance and updating policies and procedures
- Arranging meetings and taking minutes where appropriate
- Co-ordinating the management of staff absence
- Raise purchase orders, dealing with petty cash, processing invoices and reconciliation.
- Additional duties that are in line with the scope of the role

**Our ideal Administrator will be**:

- Experienced administrator who can work with conflicting priorities
- Able to remain customer focused, calm, and work as part of a team
- Professional and able to maintain confidentiality
- Bookkeeping experience, invoicing, petty cash, banking.
- The ability to communicate confidently, stay organised under pressure
