Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced office administrator to join our team at Carbon60 in Milton Keynes. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out data entry work, ordering parts and stationery, and responding to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Order office supplies and materials as needed
  • Respond to customer emails and phone calls in a professional manner
  • Use Excel to manage and analyze data
  • Carry out general office administration tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office administration, data entry, and customer service
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
