Working Hours: 35 hours per week

Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lka People in Milton Keynes. The role involves providing occupational therapy services for individuals with acquired brain injuries and various neurological conditions, including Huntingtons disease, Parkinsons disease, and multiple sclerosis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, implement, and evaluate person-centred care programmes as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Conduct comprehensive OT assessments and apply clinical reasoning to develop and deliver interventions.
  • Work autonomously, setting priorities for yourself and supporting colleagues.
  • Manage risk in relation to occupational performance and respond efficiently to complex information.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with service users and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current and valid registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Evidence of continued professional development (CPD).
