- Previous experience in the financial services industry is required, preferably with a good knowledge of mortgages (although training will be given) previous experience as a personal assistant advantageous, but not a requirement. A knowledge of compliance would also be useful but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
