**Job Overview**:
This role is a delivery position within Mitie Procurement and works as part Procurement Systems & Comms Channel Management team within the Procurement Centre of Excellence. The role requires coordination of a wide variety of tasks, with the main focus being the administration of supplier data within Mitie systems.

A good level of IT experience including general Excel and MS office skills and a knowledge of Procurement systems such as Coupa/ SAP would be an advantage.

The role requires strong administration skills and a well-organised approach with good attention to detail. Readily able and willing to contribute at all levels, the role holder will have an initiative-taking approach with excellent communication skills and demonstrate flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the business, whilst maintaining a positive image of Mitie company values.

**Main Duties**
- Responsible for collecting, updating, and maintaining supplier information in Mitie systems. This involves checking supplier information and credentials for completeness and accuracy, ensuring they have the correct certifications and insurances in place to work for Mitie.
- Audit of supplier data to identify changes or gaps in supplier information and work with suppliers and internal stakeholders, using internal/external data sources to obtain accurate, full, and up to date information.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve any issues and provide support, where required, to complete onboarding, information updates, or compliance actions.
- Provide regular compliance data reporting as required and report progress against key deliverables/ KPI targets. Develop new ad hoc reports as needed by the business/team
- Track and manage progress of supplier requests and updates through to completion. Coordinate approvals with internal teams as required. Adhere and uphold adherence to Mite policies and process

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for someone with experience of working with systems, completing data entry, communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders/suppliers, and providing excellent customer service.

**Essential**:

- IT literate with working knowledge of excel and word.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Precision in completing tasks with excellent attention to detail
- Well organised, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage competing demands
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and own initiative. Desire to get involved hands on and deliver improvements against KPI targets
- Willingness to undertake a wide range of procurement activities, develop skills and knowledge through both formal and informal learning routes.

**Desirable**:

- Educated to 5 GSCE A-C level or equivalent professional experience / qualifications
- Experience in previous roles related to Procurement or Supply Chain, or a similar role.
