We are seeking a highly capable Commercial Manager to join our Procurement Team at Venn Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Public Procurement Regulations through the sourcing, procuring, negotiating, and managing of business-critical commercial contracts and framework agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, procuring, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts and framework agreements
- Partnering with suppliers, internal Directorate customers, and international peers across the Commercial life cycle
- Ensuring compliance with Public Procurement Regulations, including the OJEU Directives and Standing Orders
- Delivering contracts that are robust, free from risk, legally binding, cost-efficient, and effective
- Coordinating and planning work via a work programme
Requirements:
- Postgraduate Diploma in a relevant subject or equivalent experience in Commercial Governance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Proven success in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, complex environment
