**Job Overview**:
Reporting to the Risk & Compliance Team Lead, this role is a delivery position within the Governance, Risk & Compliance team within the Procurement Centre of Excellence. The role requires coordination of a wide variety of tasks, with the main focus being supplier risk and compliance audit and data maintenance within Mitie systems.

Experience with software reporting tools and procurement systems such as Coupa/ SAP would be an advantage. The role requires a well-organised approach with good attention to detail, experience of managing projects, and good communication skills with stakeholders at all levels of the business.

The role responsibilities include:
Providing clear and robust supplier audit and risk assessment coordination, identifying any risks and issues and actions to be taken.

Completing regular supplier information audits and gap analysis to ensure supplier health, risk and compliance records are maintained to meet **required **standards and targets.

Maintaining regular progress reporting to track and support progress against targets/projects, highlight status of all suppliers as well as any data gaps, issues and identify any blocks.

**Main Duties**
- Responsible for updating and maintaining supplier compliance information in Mitie systems. This involves checking supplier information and credentials for completeness and accuracy and resolving any issues.
- Regular auditing of supplier data to identify changes or gaps in supplier information against requisite levels and working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to obtain full, accurate, and up to date information into Mitie systems.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, resolve any issues to complete updates or compliance actions. Provide help and guidance where required.
- Provide regular compliance reporting as required and report progress against key deliverables/ KPI targets. Develop new ad hoc reports as needed by the business/team. Work in partnership with the wider Procurement department members
- Track and manage progress of supplier requests and updates through to completion. Coordinate approvals with internal teams as required.
- Analyse complex data from multiple sources and provide insights to drive improvement.
- As a risk and compliance SME - drive continuous improvement against targets and adherence to Mitie and regulatory policies and procedures. Work with stakeholders on wider compliance and risk activities. Coordinate and maintain risk register.
- Adhere to and uphold adherence to Mite policies and process. Ensure performance and practices are performed in line with all Supply Chain Policies, Procedures and Systems. Provide support for audit as required.

**What we are looking for**:

- Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience/qualifications.
- Prior experience in procurement risk and procurement compliance role or activities preferred. Wider interest and experience in Governance, risk management and compliance
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient with use of Microsoft Office tools and P2P systems and generating a range of reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and own initiative. Desire to get involved hands on and deliver improvements against KPI targets.
