**Job Purpose**

We are seeking a Wellbeing, Culture and Engagement Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to improve employee wellbeing, engagement, and foster a positive workplace culture.

**Job Context**

Your role will focus on project managing the global implementation of employee wellbeing strategies that promote physical, mental, and emotional health. This may include initiatives such as fitness programs, stress management workshops, mental health support, financial wellbeing, and access to healthy food options.

In addition to employee wellbeing, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture. This may include recognition and reward programs, team building activities, and opportunities for professional development.

You will also take the lead on the creation of an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy that can be implemented across our global Lucy businesses and will work on plans to track and monitor policy compliance working closely with the global HR teams.

**Job Dimensions**

This role will report to the Global Head of Leadership, Coaching and Development and will be based in the UK.

This is a hybrid role (3 days per week working out of one of our UK based businesses), due to the nature of the role it would be expected that you will undertake some international travel to get an understanding of our Lucy businesses and culture.

**Key Accountabilities**

These will include:
1. Project management of global employee wellbeing strategies and initiatives, supporting the global HRBPs with advice and guidance.

2. Design Employee Engagement survey questions using the Peakon platform and create a phased plan in collaboration with the internal communications team.

3. Collaborate with the Oracle data analysis team to look at employee engagement metrics after each survey round to determine key themes and trends.

4. Monitor and report on employee wellbeing, engagement and equality, diversity, and inclusion metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

5. Collaborate with HR and other departments to develop and implement training programs to support a positive workplace culture.

6. Design an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policy that can be implemented across all global Lucy businesses.

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**

**Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**
- CIPD level 5 in Human Resources Management
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role with a focus on wellbeing, employee engagement and culture
- Strong project management skills
- Strong policy writing and policy implementation skills
- Ability to work and partner independently and part of a team
- Experience of using employee engagement software
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
