The Role:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of financial decision-making. You'll collaborate closely with various departments and business units, serving as the bridge between finance and operations. Your role will be dynamic and challenging, offering a unique opportunity to influence our financial strategies and make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic partner, providing financial guidance to business units, helping them achieve their goals.
- Analyse and interpret financial data, trends, and performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue enhancement.
- Drive financial accountability by monitoring key performance indicators and financial targets.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Engage in cross-functional projects to enhance financial processes and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Advantage: Revenue recognition - including Deferred Revenues experience
- Ability to run End to End P&L Balance sheet process
- Ability to showcase analytical and problem-solving skills with strong business acumen
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, as well as experience with common management reporting systems including ERP and BI tools are an advantage
- Ability to manage & manipulate data & present in a meaningful way
- Ability to work independently and effectively with people at all levels
- A well-structured way of working combined with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Has the ability to take ownership of an area and drive improvement
