The purpose of this role is to provide reactive, innovative, and specialised crisis-related housing support to people aged 18+ across Caerphilly Borough. The aim of the service is to enable vulnerable people in crisis, to remain in a more independent and permanent living situation through the provision of support. You will be working with people who may have several complex support needs including, mental health, alcohol and substance misuse, anti-social behaviour issues, hospital admissions, alongside experiencing homeless or are at risk of losing their tenancy. You will support clients in dealing with issues that may threaten their tenancy, especially with matters regarding household management, health and wellbeing, budgeting skills, and income maximisation.
