**About the role**
We are looking for a new colleague will play a key role in managing our online E Commerce webstores platforms and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
The role will be to manage e store requests and orders end to end, both those products held in our warehouse and those made to order. Products from the warehouse to order and liaise with customers to arrange details and delivery. Made to order will be arranging quotes, branding, orders, delivery and liaising with customers.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in e commerce, is customer service oriented, has a strong background in production of consumer goods, and who is used to working at pace and can prioritise work across many projects.
**We are looking for someone who can**:
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews promptly Responsible for placing and delivering orders from the store
Ensuring delivery on time and to the agreed specifications and quality expectations
Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders and invoicing
Ability to foresee and work to counter any challenges both upfront and as they arise
Collaborate with the sales and buying team to resolve any order-related issues
Manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms
**What the skills and qualities are**:
2 - 3 years’ experience with order management systems and e-commerce platforms
Proven experience in an administrative or order processing role
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
A proficient planner with organisational skills and ability to priorities projects
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Previous experience in customer service environment is essential
Team player with high attention to detail, clear communicator both internally and with customers
Track record of developing good supplier relationships
A can-do colleague to join our small friendly team, who brings professionalism and a sense of humour to the role.
