Office Assistant

**The Firm**
A well established, commercial, Legal 500 firm are seeking an Office Assistant to join their London office on an ongoing temporary basis.
**The Opportunity**
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering and directing calls, taking detailed messages where required
- Drafting basic correspondence, entering data and printing letters
- Photocopying, scanning and filing documents
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and/or conferences
- Ordering stationary and distributing to the office
This is a full time, office based role, working Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
**Requirements**:
- Administration experience within a professional environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
- Excellent customer service skills
