Page Personnel are supporting a highly successful Distribution business based in Burton-on-Trent with the appointment of a HR Advisor (Regional) to support a busy People Team.

This role offers a mix of office and home working and will also include some UK-wide travel as you will be responsible for 8 different sites.

**Description**

Reporting to a People Manager, the role of HR Advisor (Regional) is a generalist position, supporting 8 sites around the UK.

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at multiple sites
- Take responsibility for employee relations casework at these sites
- Guide and advise line managers on HR policies and procedures
- Support line managers with recruitment campaigns, on-boarding and inductions
- Have a proactive approach to staff engagement
- Absence management
- HR reporting and KPIs
