Page Personnel are supporting a highly successful Healthcare organisation based in Burton-on-Trent with the appointment of a generalist HR Advisor to join a busy HR function.

This role offers a mix of office and home working with circa 3 days per week in the office.

**Description**

Working as part of a busy team, the role of HR Advisor is a busy generalist position providing support to a wide range of stakeholders.

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Provide advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters
- Provide advice and guidance on HR polices and procedures
- Support with a range of HR queries
- HR reporting and KPIs
- Supporting leaders and employees with health-related queries including occupational health referrals
- Support HRBPs with change projects such as TUPE and redundancy
- Support with the delivery of training to stakeholders
