**Customer Facing Administrator/Receptionist**

Northwood (near Watford)

Full Time Hrs (40 per week)

This is a varied role where key duties are likely to include:

- Meet and greet high volume of visitors to the site/ office
- Set up meeting rooms to meet the customer’s requirement
- Prepare refreshments for the customer in the meeting room if requested
- Provide diary management, minute taking and transportation bookings
- Provide cover for reception areas when required
- To ensure clear communication is received between Skanska, our client and our customer
- Taking telephone calls and passing on accurate messages
- Ensuring a premier experience everytime
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks that may arise from time to time as required by your Line Manager

**We are looking for**:

- First class customer facing experience
- Proven administration skills
- Great telephone manor
- Polite and efficient
- Used to picking up new software / technology (training on systems we use will be given)
