We have a long term contract providing a complete facilities management solution for the Ministry of Defence Northwood HQ site near Watford, including all non-military support on-site, which involves everything from administration, transport management to ground works and mechanical and electrical engineering

Due to an internal promotion we have a vacancy in our Transport, Travel and Cash (TTC) Dept for a Travel Administrator, a key role required to deliver an excellent service to the customer, meeting the contractual provision of the TTC office Services at Northwood HQ. We seek an organized individual with a commitment to excellence in customer service and a dedication to quality and innovation.

You will:

- Provide a travel booking service in accordance with contractual requirements at all time.
- Work within clear guidelines, policies, procedures to meet Key Performance Indicators.
- Quickly be able to demonstrate competence in the use of bespoke MoD travel and Management Information Systems.
- Maintain data and efficient filing systems following strict processes for accuracy.
- Promote and maintain the Skanska values
- Provide administrative support to the Transport and Cash hub team as required

We require:

- Experienced of face to face customer service within a busy customer focussed office environment
- Competent in the use of Microsoft office to an intermediate level
- Meticulously organised and have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work unsupervised or as part of a team
- Good team player
- Handling enquiries in a professional manner
