**Description**:
As a Landside Transport Administrator, you will process and track all activities regarding the invoicing process, including raising all invoices for the Landside Transport department. You will be required to collaborate with external suppliers and providers to ensure the invoicing process is followed correctly and ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely manner. You will be responsible for raising purchase orders, complete overtime calculations for the department, as well as conducting key office and operational administrative activities for the landside transport team.

**Your main responsibilities on a day to day basis will be:

- Processing, tracking and reporting all activities related to the invoicing process for the department.
- Raising and processing all invoices from suppliers and providers to ensure smooth running of operational activities within the department.
- Liaising with the finance team to ensure the invoicing process is carried out in a compliant manner.
- Raising and processing all purchase orders for the department.
- Processing all expense requests for the department.
- Tracking and reporting key department activities, including the internal transfer log.
- Ordering stationery and ensure the office is fully equipped for the team.
- Supporting the payroll team in calculating and processing all overtime requests within the department.

- Able to use IT systems to process, track and report activities.
- Good numeracy skills to handle payroll calculations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to prioritise and multitask in a complex operational environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Focus on providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Comfortable in using the Microsoft office, including excel.
