Experienced Order Processing Administrator

Role
- Input customer orders ready for delivery.
- Handle all inbound customer calls efficiently.
- Take full ownership of customer issues and see through to the end.
- Accurately advise customers of availability, expected delivery dates and prices.
- Process customer returns and generate uplift requests.
- Process customer credits for cancelled orders.
- Record and process customer cancellations
- Evaluate stock levels and highlight potential issues or fixes to the Team Manager to process.
- Liaise with Production and distribution where necessary on copper orders.
- Manage contract orders and ensure production are aware of quantities.

**Salary**: Up to £23,024.58 per year
