**Customer Service Advisor**
A new opportunity has arisen for a highly successful financial services company to join the fast-paced customer service team on a full time, permanent basis. As part of a growing department, the successful applicant will be engaging with customer acrossthe full range of services.
- **Location**:Bracknell, office based for the first 6 months
- **Working Hours**: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM
- **Salary**: £ depending on experience
- **Job Type**: Permanent opportunity
**As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for**:
- Managing the flow of incoming and outgoing calls whilst working to daily targets
- Effectively managing all inbound and outbound post
- Accurately updating customer's accounts after each call
- Ensuring compliance with all regulations and legislation's
- Ensuring all actions are completed within agreed timescales
- Clear and confident telephone manner
- Previous customer service experience ideally within a financial services company
- Good mathematical skills to a minimum GCSE level
- Excellent organisational skills
