We are an independent Estate Agency seeking a Part Time Receptionist/Administrator for our Roath office.
- Excellent standard of spoken and written English
- 5 GCSE's/O Level's A* to C
- High level of customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work on their own iniaitive
- Excellent and friendly telephone manner along with a down to earth personality
- Bucket loads of common sense and a can do attitude
- A warm and friendly personality with an air of maturity
The job will entail answering the telephone, taking messages from clients, surveyors, solicitors etc, passing the messages to the relevant departments, meeting and greeting clients in the office and maintaining the office area. These duties may vary depending on our business needs.
The working hours will be 2pm - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am - 1pm every Saturday. This role will be part of a job share and you may be required to cover sickness and holidays.
