**The Role**

We are seeking a Compound Co-Ordinator to join our Head Office in Cambridge and play a vital role in our day-to-day operations by managing the logistics of all cars on site. This role will provide assistance to our sales, parts and service operations of the various dealerships in Cambridge.

**Responsibilities**
- Check in all new and used vehicles coming off transporters, checking for any dents, scratches etc.
- Once checked, the vehicle is driven to the compound area
- T-card raised, and keys placed in relevant locked key cupboards
- Delivery sheets taken to dealerships on a daily basis
- External post taken to post room by car
- Postal deliveries to the Quorum on a daily basis

**Required Skills and Experience**

You will ideally have experience in a similar role, although this isn't essential. Previous motor industry experience would also be advantageous. You will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

- Strong organisation and time management skills to plan tasks.
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Valid Driver Licence
- Basic Computer Skills
