**We are looking for Support Agents on the Project Team**

**Salary** - £23,500.00 PLUS bonus potential of £500 per month

**Location** - Swansea Marina Head Office

**Hours** - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

**About this role**:
The Support Agent on the Project Team will need to manage customer interaction, offer project updates and deal with inbound calls.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with our customers over the phone
- Work closely with the team
- Accurately input data on the computer
- Up date information and data on spreadsheets - Excel, Google Docs etc

**Required Skill Set**:

- Possess excellent communication skills both over the phone and face to face
- The ability to work independently with a proactive mindset
- Show excellent attention to detail in tasks and assignments
- Possess strong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn and navigate I.T systems
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, embracing challenges and maintaining productivity
