We are in the second phase of mobilisation of these developments and this role is key to supporting the peer roles within the voluntary sector in Wandsworth as well as any developing roles for the future. This post is full-time (37.5 hours - Monday to Friday).

You will be responsible for the day to day functioning of these peer support services, working towards supporting these roles to develop or expand competencies within the peer support competency framework, as well as supporting integration within the teams they work in. You will need to have:

- Personal resilience developed through managing your own lived experience and recovery will support you to be a positive role model and contribute to the creation of a culture where lived experience and expertise is recognised and valued
- The ability to use your own lived experience as a person who has received services or actively cared for someone under the care of secondary services, to ensure the effective delivery of peer-led, recovery focussed support.
- Experience and training in best practice and principles for peer support and ability to role model and teach these to others and a portfolio of evidence of supervising and training others
- A background of partnership working, an understanding of the values and working practices of voluntary sector organisations and excellent communication skills to support networking
