M O’Brien Plant Hire are seeking a motivated individual with Admin experience to assist our busy team based in St Albans.

As an Administrator for a busy Plant Hire company your responsibilities will include:

- Data entry
- Electronic filing
- Assisting the accounts department with the day to day running of the purchase ledger inbox.
- The ability to take instructions on board and carry out tasks as and when required
- Supporting the Management team in leading and contributing to the regular review of the department’s procedures to improve customer service, performance and productivity

**Skills requirements**:

- A professional and confident manner with good communication and people skills
- Experience in administrative processes
- PC literate with experience of Microsoft Systems
- Ability to prioritise work load and work to tight deadlines in a fast paced busy working environment
- Motivated self-starter with good administration, time management and organisation skills

Full Time - Office Based - Permanent Position
