Office Administrator/receptionist

We are working with a fantastic organisation who require a competent Administrator to join their fun and lively administration team. They have amazing offices (bright, colourful and modern), lots of employee benefits and they really do see people as their number 1 asset You will be working in a team of 3 supporting senior managers in the business.
In this role as **Administrator** you will:
- Send out letters/ correspondence to clients
- Complete timesheets and expenses for senior managers
- Arrange meetings for prospective clients
- Cover reception from time to time
- Chase up payments with regards to clients
- Support the rest of the admin team and work together
In order to be successful in this role as **Administrator** you will have:
- Solid experience of working in an Administration role in a professional environment
- Excellent ability in the use of Word software - as there will be formatting etc to do
- Basic Excel experience
- as you will need to complete timesheets
- Basic Powerpoint - you will get training if required
- Excellent grammar and spelling - paperwork needs to be of a high standard
- Flexible attitude to work - working as a team on any task is important
- Good telephone manner
