Office Angels are working with a facilities management client who have locations across London, they often require support for front of house, administration and building facilities.

This could be ad-hock cover for holiday, sickness and increased workload.

We are seeking staff to support in the London area, we would introduce you to their on-boarding process and we will support with diary management and booking you for work with the client.

This pays £12 per hour

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Job Title: Facilities Assistant - Receptionist

Reporting to: Facilities Coordinator

Location: London

**Summary of role**:
To support the Facilities Coordinator in the delivery of various office administrative, hospitality, and reception

type services within the client's London premises.

**Objectives**:
To work within the company guidelines to provide the client's internal and external customers with

supportive, efficient and professional services at all times.

**Responsibilities**:
? Manage the reception area with a courteous, pleasant and professional presence, greeting and

assisting all the staff and visitors

? Manage the reception desk and other areas, ensuring that they are maintained in a professional and

presentable manner at all times including decorations, lighting, seating, product displays, technical

equipment, etc.

? _Ensuring the top quality of our reception area and office space_
- ¦_ Reporting Near Misses_
- ¦_ Daily Quality Floor Checks_

? _Displaying signage, as requested and as appropriate_
- ¦_ Posters in Washrooms_

? Provide general safety and security support by managing and processing any requests for access

control devices and passes for staff, contractors and visitors.

? _Ordering & Preparation of C badges for contractors in catering, facilities, & janitorial team_

? _Preparing contractor permits to have works performed, as required_

? Provide general administrative and logístical support to the Facilities Coordinator and other line

managers as necessary

? _Assisting with daily and weekly audits/ reports_
- ¦_ Daily Reception / Collaboration Safety Checks_
- ¦_ Weekly Quality Floor Checks_
- ¦_ Weekly Unseated Reports_
- ¦_ Weekly Visitor Reports_
- ¦_ Monthly Bike Audits_
- ¦_ Monthly FloorScope Audits_

? _Providing support to the team regarding Weekly On-Boarding of new employees and contractors_
- ¦_ Preparation of Event Badges_
- ¦_ Verification of identity of TVCs_
- ¦_ Weekly Reporting of Checked-In guests & No-Shows to People Ops_

? _Assisting with meeting room requests_

? _Ordering & Distributing of Bike Passes/Tags to Googlers_

? _Fulfilling client requests via guts tickets_

? Maintain constructive and positive professional relationships with all other CBRE service delivery staff

and their appointed contractors

? Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals from a wide variety of social

and educational backgrounds

? Ability to handle multiple requests and work in a fast paced and often demanding environment

? Ability to accurately complete tasks, assignments and responsibilities in a timely manner

? Able to function with a high level of initiative and proactivity

? Dependable and flexible, able to work independently as well as part of a team

? Responsive to customer requests in an empathetic, supportive and productive manner

? Posses a high level of IT literacy

? Must remain calm, courteous and polite in all circumstances
