Administration Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
**Duties**:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and paper records
- Assist with new joiner processes
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using XERO software
- Assist with office supply inventory management
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous administrative or office experience is preferred
Applicants must be able to pass a Baseline Security check.
