Administrator Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for Administrator Assistant to join our client in Bingham.
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated office Administrator Assistant to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the business you will play a crucial role in supporting various departments with administrative tasks to help with the day-to-day operation.
Responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Creation and managing of documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Ensuring that all sensitive information is accurate and kept confidential.
- Accurately input and maintain data in various systems, databases, and spreadsheets and correcting any discrepancies when needed.
- Managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and resolving any facility-related issues.
- Assist in arranging travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for staff members.
- Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Greet and direct visitors and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Aid in expense tracking, reconciliation, and processing invoices as needed.
- Collaborate with various team members and departments, providing assistance when necessary and fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
A years’ experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential and you should be proficient in using MS office suite. Experience with QuickBooks would be beneficial but not essential.
Hours of Work: 08.00 - 17.00 - Monday to Friday with an hours lunch.
Salary ranging from £22,00 to £24,000 dependant on experience.
