**Job Requirements**:

- Must have ideally a valid driver's license preferable. Not essential
- Must be able to work x3 days a week minimum 5-8 hours per day = 15 to 24 hours a day.
- **JOB ROLE**:

- Serve as the secondary point of contact for property managers/clients maintaining regular communication and addressing any concerns or issues related to cleaning services.
- Attend site visit to oversee cleaning of teams where required.
- Manage existing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and develop and implement new agreements for newly acquired sites, ensuring they meet client requirements.
- Assist in preparing the cleaning budget set by the management team,
- Oversee the barcode inventory system for goods, uniforms, and assets, conductingregular audits to maintain accuracy.
- Assisting in conducting emergency site visits in event of no CFM & GM.
- Utilize CRM systems for general day-to-day updates, maintaining accurate records andcommunication.
- Assist in the management of staff rota, processing timesheets and payroll paperwork forsubmission to the General Manager.
- Assist in the recruitment screening process to delegate to CFM for review.
- Conduct market research to identify new products and equipment that can enhance thedepartment's efficiency and innovation.
- Assist in analysing cleaning processes and procedures, identifying areas forimprovement with CFM and implementing streamlined and efficient practices.
- Support the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs toenhance the skills and knowledge of cleaning staff, covering topics such as propercleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and projects, to ensureseamless coordination and efficiency in facility management.
- Support the Cleaning Facilities Manager in monitoring contractor relationships,overseeing the work performed by external cleaning service providers if applicable. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and service level agreements.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as required by the management team. Compile data on key performance indicators, cleaning metrics, budget utilization, and client feedback. Present findings and recommendations to the Cleaning Facilities Manager and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 - 24 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.50 per hour
