Full time Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week. Although we would ideally be looking to cover this role on a full time basis, part time or term time only positions (39 weeks per year) may also be considered.

**Salary**: from £31,000 negotiable depending on experience

28 days annual leave (inc bank holidays)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to employ a senior speech and language therapist into a well-established and friendly team working with children and young people aged 7-19 with special educational needs and therapeutic care for adults with learning disabilities.

Novalis Trust is a charitable organisation which focuses on trauma informed care, priding itself on a relationship-based approach, that is evidence supported, attachment focussed and all within a therapeutic environment.

The post would be based at Cotswold Chine School and William Morris School to support young people and adults who have experienced trauma and/or adversity at some point in their lives.

The role would include assessment, observation and creating therapeutic support plans and goals for the children and young people.

As a senior speech and language therapist at Novalis Trust, you will have a manageable case load where you will be able to deliver speech therapy on a 1:1 and small group basis, supported by therapy assistants. There are many opportunities to work alongside other therapists, to ensure the best outcome for the individual.

There is a strong emphasis towards continuing professional development, the Trust offers additional training within the areas of trauma informed care and family work. Furthermore, there are opportunities for external training outside of Novalis Trust.
