**What to expect**:
Our Learning Design Consultants play a key role in supporting our Postmasters by designing and creating learning content for our Postmasters and their staff. This includes creating elearning modules, classroom content and operational training guides as well as work aids and distance learning packs.

You will be responsible for the quality assurance of all branch learning solutions, ensuring that governance is maintained, and materials are signed off, correctly formatted and version controlled before they are published in the right delivery channels and old materials retired.

Accountable for the quality assurance of all branch learning solutions including minor errors such as spelling, punctuation and formatting you will also have responsibility for creating and maintaining the training plan for annual reviews. You will monitor progress against training plan milestones and manage business change updates to the learning curricula.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Experience of proofreading and quality assurance of materials
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality - ensuring that vital information is neither missed nor misreported
- Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills
- Ideally a good working knowledge of the Post Office
- Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
