As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our field service management.
**Job Overview**:The Service Coordinator will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing the schedules, workloads, and resources of our field service engineers. This position involves close collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
**Key Responsibilities:1. Diary and Workload Management**:
- Coordinate and manage the diaries of field service engineers.
- Schedule and allocate work orders based on engineer availability and expertise.
- Ensure optimal workload distribution to maximize efficiency.
**2. Spare Parts and Equipment**:
Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment for field service operations.
Coordinate timely dispatch of required parts to engineers.
Ensure that engineers are equipped with the correct tools and materials. **3. Customer Liaison**:
- Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and service visits.
- Provide updates on service progress and address customer inquiries.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
**4. Information Management**:
- Collect and disseminate key information to relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share critical information.
**5. Reporting and Accountability**:
- Report to and mentored by the Operations Team on service activities, performance, and challenges.
- Maintain detailed records for reporting purposes.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues in service delivery.
**6. Field Service Management**:
- Ensure all engineers are adequately loaded with work assignments.
- Monitor and track service progress to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- Uphold high standards of diligence and professionalism in all aspects of field service management.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fully competent with MS 365
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
- Basic understanding of field service operations.
- Experience of the process of preparing RAMS
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
