We have an opportunity for you to join our team in Paddock Wood as a Supply Chain Coordinator, you would be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled and stock used in the most efficient way and to provide support to the commercial team regarding the various stages of the supply chain. Participating in projects and activities to drive the success of the ‘Procurement Excellence’, ‘Route to Market’ and ‘Customer Excellence’ strategies. This job may have a combination of the accountabilities or may focus on one area of the supply chain.

**Our perfect Supply Chain Coordinator would have**:

- Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills, time management; self-motivation and organisation are also essential qualities.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to build rapport with customers through good commercial understanding.
- Problem solving skills to balance customer requirements with operational limitations and, where needed, offer alternative solutions.
- High Attention to detail, delivering high quality work to deadlines under time pressure.
- Able to carry out detailed analysis and present in a way that is easily understood throughout the business.
- Looking to innovate, effect and respond to change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes including Excel, Power Point, MS Word. The ability to construct professional PowerPoint presentations, MS Word documents and Excel spreadsheets.

**Desirable**:

- Experience of working in the fresh produce industry especially Avocados
- Fluent in a second language is advantageous but not essential

**The hours you would work**:

- Monday to Friday 6am - 3pm (40hrs per week)
