Design Coordinator / Design Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design Coordinator / Design Manager to join our team at Breakthrough Consulting Limited. As a key member of our Preconstruction team, you will work closely with our delivery team to identify areas of opportunity and risk, and coordinate meetings with clients and the supply chain to deliver robust designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Preconstruction team on tender submissions
  • Work with the delivery team to identify areas of opportunity and risk
  • Coordinate meetings with clients and the supply chain to deliver robust designs
  • Work with the QS and site manager to deliver profitable jobs on time, on budget, and snag-free
  • Manage the design process and ensure records are maintained
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience working for a contractor on projects up to £50M
  • Experience working on new build and refurbishment projects
  • Passion for construction and a willingness to learn and improve
