**The successful Head of Partnerships will be expected to**:

- Have at least 3 years to five years of experience in the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns - preferred within the sporting world but not essential
- Be confident presenting to clients and building strong relationships
- Be result driven with a desire to grow alongside the business
- Have a full driving license and own car

**The successful Head of Partnerships will be rewarded with**:

- Flexibility to work from home, however client base currently is Central Essex so the ability to commute part time at least is required to office

The successful Head of Partnerships will become an integral team member, managing clients from start to finish of campaigns as well as supporting with the growth of new business closely alongside the managing director using warm leads and targeted campaigns.

Duties to include but not limited to:

- Build strong relationships with the business’s and brands via face-to-face and virtual meetings
- Carry out detailed research, identifying specific requirements of clients’ needs
- Support with the maintenance and expansion of the company’s clients
- Manage all areas of day-to-day account management of key clients, including the presentation of sports partnerships in professional meetings
- Oversee external partner agencies in a timely and detailed briefing
- Work alongside the Managing Director to meet budgets for all events whilst ensuring events are delivered to the highest standard
- Work alongside the marketing executive to plan and execute the company’s use of its own digital channels, including the website, e-newsletters, social media, and traditional media
- Represent the company in networking events
- Learn and educate clients regarding the potential of Sports Partnerships and explaining in detail what the benefits to their business would be

**Hours**:
Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm - flexibility needed as well.

**Salary**:
Up to £42,000 dependant on experience
