**About Us**: The Big Southwest Wedding Fair are a respected company known for organising a premier event in the wedding industry. Our team is seeking a dedicated Sales & Administration assistant to join our professional and friendly family.

**Position Overview**:

- **Job Type**: Self-employed, part-time (12-15 hours per week)
- **Location**: Primarily remote (work from home), with occasional in-person meetings in Frome, Somerset
- **Hourly Rate**: £11.50 per hour

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing and nurturing leads, ultimately securing bookings for our wedding fair.
- Addressing customer enquiries and frequently asked questions (FAQs) with professionalism and accuracy.
- Performing general administrative tasks, such as updating spreadsheets, maintaining CRMs, and managing databases.
- Utilizing social media for client communication and outreach.
- Occasional travel to our office in Frome, Somerset may be required.
- You must be able to work during the week of the event hosted twice per year (held at the start of April and mid/end October) which will consist of weekend work.
